Suspend Jockey I. Hanford NEW YORK, N. Y., May 6.— Jockey Ira Hanford was suspended for the remainder, of the meeting and his case was referred to The Jockey Club for further consideration. He was accused of grabbing at jockey Don Meade nearing the finish of the sixth race Tuesday. Meade was astride Portable.
