Mac Andrew in Lead CICERO, 111., May 6.— Jockey Donald J. MacAndrew spurted ahead in the race for top honors among the riders here Tuesday when he piloted three winners during the afternoon. This put MacAndrew in the lead by three victories over his closest rival, apprentice Jess Higley, who has booted home 11 winners to date. MacAndrew was astride Prince Puck, Roman Descent and Miss Militant.
