Mrs. H. P. Bonner Purchases Cant Lose From Clyde Troutt CICERO, 111., May 6.— Butsey Hernandez, acting for Mrs. H. P. Bonner of Fort Worth, Texas, today purchased the high- , class sprinter, Cant Lose, from Clyde Troutt at an undisclosed price. This three- year-old gelded son of Carlaris and Bright Shadow has only started three times this year and was a winner of the first two. His last race was in the Arkansas Derby, in which he finished eighth after setting a sizzling pace for a half mile. Cant Lose favors an "off" track, as his winning efforts would indicate. His last victory was when he won the Trystate Purse, an allow- , ance race at Tropical Park. This event was contested over an "off" track and was run in 1:13%. Having an abundance of early1 speed this gelding should win many races . for his new owner at the sprint distances.
