Top Chance Breaks Neck AGUA CALIENTE, Mexico, May 13.— The three-year-old, Top Chance, suffered a broken neck when he fell rounding the far turn in the fourth race last Sunday. Fortunately, his rider escaped injury. Top Chance was owned by B. C. Seburn.
