Betty Torch to Out Bound ARLINGTON, Texas, May 13. — Fred Browning lost no time booking a mare to State Senator Jesse E. Martins Out Bound, sire of the fleet two-year-old sensation j Through Bound, and sent Jack Jarvis, major-domo at Top o the Hill Stock Farm, to Martins White Settlement Stock Farm, Fort Worth, with Betty Torch, his Torch-ilia mare. Originally booked to Nedayr, Betty Torch should prove a good mating with Out Bound.
