Galliger Going to Woodbine CICERO, 111.. May 13.— Patrick C. Galliger, who performed such a good job of racing secretary here at Sportsmans Park during the 19-day spring meeting, departs for Toronto, Ont., Canada, Sunday, where he will act in a similar capacity at the Woodbine race course. Galliger has held that post at the Toronto race course for the past four years.
