Howell Buys War Bonds BOSTON, Mass., May 13. — When jockey "Red" Howell piloted Sweet Willow to victory in last Saturdays Bristol Handicap at Narragansett Park, he immediately put the entire ten per cent jockeys commission of the stake into defense bonds.
