BRILLIANT JR., much the best, took command at once under restraint and drew out readily to win easily. TIDEOVER, never far back, moved into close contention after six furlongs, continued well, but was no match for the winner. WAR ATLAS raced evenly and forwardly, but was unable to improve his position. WARY MARY closed some ground from a slow beginning. JUBILEE GEM finished well, but was not a serious threat. NEW FACE trailed early and passed tiring horses. THRAX could not keep up. HERBIE showed nothing. Scratched— 20741 Bolo Fancy, 112; 20086 Devils Brew, 108.
