Chinns Derby Guests KEENELAND. Lexington, Ky., May 1. — Col. Phil T. Chinn, master of Old Hickory Farm and who for many years has ranked with the worlds foremost breeders, will have among his guests at the 73rd Kentucky Derby, L. M. Josey, millionaire oil man, and Jake Freedman, oil operator and stable owner, both of Houston.
