Hooper Churchill Arrival CHURCHILL DOWNS, Louisville, Ky., May 1. — Frederick W. Hooper, whose Hoop Jr. accounted for the 1945 renewal of the Kentucky Derby, arrived here yesterday from his farm in Montgomery, Ala., and he will remain for the 1947 Derby running. Ivan H. Parke, who conditions the Hooper stable thoroughbreds, is expected here next week from South America, where he purchased several horses. The Hooper establishment is to campaign in Illinois this season.
