McGee Buys Shuks Contract HAVRE DE GRACE, Md., May 1.— Trainer Jimmy McGee, who has enjoyed a highly successful season with -the horses of the Shamrock Stable, and Mrs. McGee, this morning purchased the contract on a youngster he hopes to develop into a first-class rider. The youngster is Nick Shuk, purchased from Danny Broic. with whom he has been connected for the past two years. Shuk also can do about 95 pounds, has earned the praise of many horsemen and, having become connected with McGee, his progress will be closely watched.
