Stortz in Saddle Bow CHURCHILL DOWNS, Louisville, Ky., May 7.— William Stortz, Bellevue, Ky., youth, employed by Leo Wagner, local owner, performed in silks for the first time when he handled Dark Heather in the sixth race here Tuesday. Stortz is 17 years old and weighs 90 pounds. He has been galloping and working horses for almost two years.
