Schlosser to Race String At Lincoln Fields Meet HAWTHORNE, Cicero, 111., May 7.— Lou Schlosser stated that his string of 15 quartered at Hawthorne all have taken kindly to training and most of them will be seen under silks at the Lincoln Fields-at-Haw-thorne meeting that opens May 12 for a 30-day run. Witch Sir, star of the stable and winner last year of the Stars and Stripes and the Equipoise Mile at Arling-tlon, has been named for both sprint and distance handicaps during the meeting. Schlossers Milkwagonjoe, who distinguished himself as a two-year-old last year, has been nominated for the 5,000 Francis S. Peabody Memorial, mile and one-sixteenth test to be decided Friday, May 30. The Peabody is confined to three-year-olds.
