MRA Postpones Decision On Building New Track FAIR GROUNDS, Detroit, Mich., May 13. — George Haggarty, vice-president of the Michigan Racing Association, which organization is operating at the Fair Grounds this season announced today that MRA directors postponed until May 20 their final decision on whether to build a new ,000,-000 race track. The MRA board discussed the proposed new plant Wednesday and yesterday, then postponed the decision eight days because of problems attendant upon the opening of the 80-day race meeting at the Fair Grounds today.
