No Decision in ICRA-HBPA Dispute at Dufferin Park DUFFERIN PARK, Toronto, Ont., May 13. — Directors of the Metropolitan Racing Association were still in conference in the close of todays racing at Dufferin Park. Officials could not be contacted with reference to the decision of racing here tomorrow. Horsemen, hopeful that the dispute would be settled, waited until a late hour to make entries, but eventually decided that no settlement would be made. It is understood that the directors of Dufferin in addition to president Heffering of the ICRA and representatives of the HBPA and another ICRA director were in the day-long session. Apparently no decision had been reached at the time of going to press. There remains a remote chance that Saturdays program will be staged, in which case entries will be accepted in the morning. Meantime, horsemen have given up hope of a favorable decision and express the belief that the remaining days of the meeting will be canceled.
