Kenney on Detroit Scene FAIR GROUNDS, Detroit, Mich., May 13. — Charles Kenney, manager of E. E. Dale Shaffers famed Coldstream Stud, is at the local track assisting with the details necessary to the opening of the Michigan Racing Associations summer meeting. Kenney will return to Coldstream over the week-end to take care of business at the thoroughbred nursery and then will fly back to the Motor City next week for a few days of the sport.
