► T~ Sequence in Sharp Trial FAm GROUNDS, Detroit, Mich., May 24. — Brownell Combs homebred Sequence, fashionably - bred daughter of Count Fleet and Miss Dogwood, who is a candidate for Saturdays running: of the 5,000 Frontier Stakes, visited the slow track here this morning and turned in a sparkling six-furlong trial. Breaking at the three-quarter mile pole under Freddie Haynes, the 1948 Princess Pat Stakes victress worked back to the stand in 1:14% handily. The Combs miss sped the initial quarter mile in :23 and she passed the half-mile marker in :47%. J. Price Sallee, who is conditioning the filly, stated that barring a mishap between now and post time, Sequence will fill her engagement in the week-end stake.
