Study Frakes-Kinney Report LEXINGTON, Ky., May 24. — A special committee, composed of Charles Nuckols, Jr., A. B. Hancock, Jr., and Tollie Young, will meet tonight to go over the Frakes-Finney reports on the yearlings. The committee will report their conclusions to the directors of the Breeders* Sales Company Wednesday at noon. At that same meeting the directors will discuss what they are going to do with the old Keene place which the company now owns. Brownie Leach estimates that there will be about 450 yearlings in the July auctions.
