Illinois HBPA Meeting WASHINGTON PARK, Homewood, HI., May 24.— George Nugent announced today that there is to be an important meeting of horsemen here who are members "of the Horsemens Benevolent and Protective Association at 7:30 p. m. tomorrow at the Odd Fellows Hall in Chicago Heights, HI. All horsemen are urged to attend. An election of officers to represent the central division of the HBPA will be held, according to Nugent, who is secretary-treasurer of the local division, which takes in Illinois, Kentucky and Nebraska.
