Santa Anita Gives 160 Acres To Boy Scouts of America SANTA ANITA PARK, Arcadia, Calif., May 24. — Los Angeles area council, Boy Scouts of America, have announced the acceptance of a gift of 160 acres at Lake. Arrowhead from the Los Angeles Turf Club, Inc., owner and operator of Santa Anita Park. Plans have been outlined to develop a summer and winter camp for the some 27,000 Boy Scouts in and around Los Angeles. This latest activity is carrying through the racing associations announced policy for civic betterment and the improvement of the vast public playgrounds.
