Scmitt at Randall RANDALL PARK, North Randall, Ohio, May 24. — Eugene Scmitt, who for the past few years has described the running of -the Kentucky Derby over the public-address system, arrived here this morning. He will complete the last week of this meeting as an assistant to racing secretary L. H. Van Zandt, and then report to River Downs, in Cincinnati, where he will handle the "mike."
