Confer on River Downs Plans RANDALL PARK, North Randall, Ohio, May 24. — Racing secretary L.H. Van Zahdt and his assistant, Linus Pierce, left Saturday evening for Cincinnati to confer with Peter Horback, president of the River Downs Racing Association.
