J„ May 24. — Taylor Leatherburys Eastern Flyway, who was badly roughed about in Saturdays fourth race, failed to cool out to the satisfaction of trainer W. O. Siegert and will be forced to pass up next Mont-days William Penn Stakes. Two veterinarians were called in but stated that at this early date it is impossible to determine the extent of the injury. 4,
