Peabody Grounded WASHINGTON PARK, Homewood, HI., May 28. The stewards issued the following ruling here yesterday: "Jockey C. Peabody is hereby suspended for 10 days for attempting to take jockey D. Wagners whip during the running of the first race May 26, 1949."
