R. J. Martin Given Temporary License by The Jockey Club DELAWARE PARK, Stanton Del., May 28. The Delaware Park representatives of The Jockey Club, under whose auspices racing at this track is conducted, has granted a temporary riding permit to jockey R.- J. Martin and the Baltimore rider had five mounts for the opening program. The 21-year-old reinsman must appear before The Jockey Club officials in New York to apply for a permanent jockey license, local officials reported.
