Add Six Days to Present Meeting at Charles Town CHARLES TOWN, W. Va., June 2.— Six days have been added to the present meeting at this track. The extension from June 13 to 18, inclusive, was approved today by Frank Brooke and Mont M. Mclntire, members of the West Virginia Racing Commission. The current session was scheduled to close with the June 11 program. The one-week interval after June 18 will be consumed installing air conditioning units in the clubhouse, both in the dining room and first floor areas, president-general manager A. J. Boyle announced. The annual outing of the National Press Club will be held here June 25. The third meeting opens on the following Monday, June 27.
