To Ship Saint Nicholas East for Belmont Stakes WASHINGTON PARK, Homewood, HI., June 2. — Brown Hotel Stables Saint Nicholas is scheduled to leave here Saturday morning for Belmont Park, in New York, where he will receive final prepping for the Belmont Stakes, to be run on June 11 at the Elmont, L. I., course, according to trainer Tom Hill. Saint Nicholas will be accompanied on the journey by Tidy Sum, another of the J. Graham Brown colorbearers. Hill announced that Wilbur Borton, who is a former rider and has been serving as assistant trainer of the Brown Hotel Stable menage, will be in charge of Saint Nicholas and Tidy Sum at Belmont Park. Jockey Harold Keene, who was astride Saint Nicholas when he finished second in the 5,000 Peabody Memorial on Monday, has been assigned the mount on the three-year-old son of Psychic Bid — Santa if he fulfills his engagement in the mile and a half Belmont Stakes.
