Colonel Mike May Go in Kent DELAWARE PARK, Stanton, Del., June 7. — Owner-trainer Eugene Jacobs has informed racing secretary Gil Haus that he will send Colonel Mike here for the 5,000 added Kent Stakes on Saturday if he is able to secure the saddle service of Jimmy Stout. With Eddie Arcaro aboard, Colonel Mike showed one of his best efforts of the year at Belmont Park on Saturday when he ran second to Calumet Farms Ponder, beaten only three parts of a length. Arcaro will not be available for the Kent as he is scheduled to ride Fred W. Hoopers Olympia in the mile and a sixteenth feature.
