Commission Rulings Reported to Daily Racing Form At a meeting of the Illinois Racing Board, trainers Rollie T. Shepp and John F. Beck and grooms Grover T. Fisher and Alfred Cockman were indefinitely suspended in connection with the Main Bet and Hard War stimulation cases. The horses owned and trained by the first two likewise were suspended but those belonging to River Divide Farm, Shepps employer, and D. B. Whitehouse, Becks employer, will be restored to good standing upon appointment of new trainers approved by the Board. George B. Ray, a valet, suspended two years ago at Fairmount Park, was restored io good standing, while the trainers license of Daniel Wolfe was revoked and he is denied the privileges of the tracks in the state. Wolfe was charged with falsifying his trainers application.
