Lebanon Dates Approved LEBANON, Ohio, June 9. — Harry Dibble, general manager of the Midwest Racing Association, announced that a 19-day meeting of thoroughbred racing would be conducted at the Lebanon Fair Grounds here from July 23 to August 13, inclusive. According to Dibble, the dates were approved for and acted upon by the Ohio State Racing Commission.
