New Delaware Commissioner DELAWARE PARK, Stanton, Del., June 9.— Delaware State Senator William H. Ayers has been appointed to the Delaware Racing Commission by Governor Elbert N. Carvel and will serve for a six-year term. Through a recent act of the Delaware Gen- eral Assembly, the racing commission was increased from a three- to a four-man body.
