Loses Eye in Accident DELAWARE PARK, Stanton, Del., June 9. — Mrs. G. H. Fishbacks Balbar, who was involved in a two-horse spill in yesterdays eighth race, lost an eye in the accident and will not start for the remainder of the year, if ever again. Apprentice Gus Pap-pas, who went down with Balbar, sprained an ankle and will be out of action for three or four days. Frank Christmas Black Object, who stumbled over Balbar, was apparently uninjured and Apprentice Willie Downs suffered only a sore leg and scratched nose.
