Change in Post Time CHURCHILL DOWNS, Louisville, Ky.. May 5. — After a consultation today with President Bill Corum and director of racing Samuel H. McMeekin, racing secretary Fred Burton announced that post time at the Derby oval Monday and for the balance o fthe 19 days spring meeting will be 2:15 p. m., Central daylight saving time.
