Hamilton Named Presiding Steward at Randall Park CHURCIOLL DOWNS, Louisville, Ky., May 5. — L. Ed OHara, general manager of Bowie, Marlboro, and recently named to the same position at Randall Park, arrived today with, Mrs. OHara to witness the Derby running. Also in the Old Line State party was Mrs. Josephine OHara, chairman of the board at Bowie; and Saul Sil-berman, president and new owner of Randall. OHara visited the press box and announced that William A. Hamilton, former Illinois Racing Board steward, has been appointed presiding steward at Randall Park. Lou Pondf ield, another Randall official, also made the trip to Derbytown.
