Truman Secret Service Man WASHINGTON, D. C, May 5 UP. — President Harry S. Truman became a secret service agent today. He was presented with a solid gold badge of the Secret Service by U. E. Baughman, chief of the service. Secret Service agents contributed the money for the badge, and announced it as a birthday gift for Mr. Truman, who celebrates his 66th birthday next Monday.
