SPECIAL ALLOWANCE AT PIMLICO | In all claiming races and purse races at the meeting at a distance of one mile or over, the following allowances may be claimed without respect to other ? allowances, for horses that have never won a race at one mile or over: Three- £ year-olds allowed 3 lbs.; four-year-olds and upward, 5 lbs.
