FRED BURRELL tired under punishment. COPPER CUP quit. SALS PRIDE began sluggishly. OCEAN SAND drifted out on every turn and lost all chance. TERRY MINE was outrun. SUZIES GIRL failed to respond when set down for the drive. POLLY BLITZEN never was a forward factor. PRISSY BOY was unable to keep up. FORTUITOUS was between horses throughout most of the journey.
