Y., May 15.— The New York State Harness Racing Commission admitted that it is conducting an investi-gation of all facets of racing at the Yonkers Raceway, including betting. The investigation was started on the charges of one driver that other drivers had tried to intimidate him to throw a race. The investigation will continue through tomor- row — and an announcement of the findings is expected tomorrow night. Two secret sessions of the commission were held last week.
