Radford to Ride Here WASHINGTON PARK, Homewood, HI., May 15. — The newest addition to the ever-increasing riders colony is Hershall Radford. The diminutive reinsman, who is under contract to H. H. Mundy, scales 100 pounds and has been galloping horses for trainer Ross Higdon throughout the winter months. Radford, who was born near Fairfax, Okla., has ridden quarter horses since an early age. Horsemen who have seen the lad astride horses in morning trials predict a brilliant future for him. Radford I will do the bulk of the lightweight riding duties for the extensive Higdon-conditioned unit, which recently arrived here from the Mundy farm at Pawhuska, Okla.
