Mitchell Fined at Pimlico PIMLICO, Baltimore, Md., May 15— The stewards this afternoon announced that Bobby Mitchell had been fined 00 for striking Tommy Kane with his whip during the running of Mondays fifth race. Mitchell rode King Mowlee. who was beaten as the favorite after moving into a switch on the inside of Kanes mount, Guided Missile, leaving the backstretch.
