Arlington Stewards Ruling ARLINGTON PARK, Arlington Heights. 111., June 20.— The stewards here today issued the following ruling: "Groom James Diamond is hereby suspended for the balance of the meeting and denied all privileges of the grounds, and it is recommended that his license be revoked for falsification of application."
