Illinois Notes ARLINGTON PARK, Arlington Heights, 111., June 20. Trainer George Brooks arrived upon the local scene and registered Jo Pilot and Elincelle. The former is the property of Pierce Holton, Kentucky sportsman, and has been named for the Pollyanna Stakes. Elincelle is the property of Wayne Ken-drick of Washington, D. C. Harold O. Simmons, trainer of the Wool-ford Farm unit, sent Joy ant to the Woolf Farm, situated near Kansas City. Joyant will be returned to actual competition after several weeks rest. Jockey Donald Wagner resumed riding on Wednesdays program following a ten-day suspension. The veteran saddlesmith will ride free lance during the remainder of the Arlington meeting.
