Golden Thorn Sidelined RIVER DOWNS, California, Ohio. June 20. — Golden Thorn, the 11-year-old gelding, who is owned and trained by W. T. Beezley, who broke slowly and appeared to sulk during the running of the sixth race last Saturday, met with a mishap in that race. The ground broke from under the son of Rosemont when he was leaving the starting gate and he crossed his legs, kicking and injuring himself. Due to this accident he will be on the sidelines indefinitely. %
