Sackert, Mills Back at Work RIVER DOWNS, California, Ohio, June 20. — Jockeys Billy Sackett and Bud Mills resumed their saddle duties today. The former hurt his leg in the second race and cancelled the balance of his mounts Tuesday, while the latter suffered a similar injury in the third race and was forced to cancel the remainder of his mounts the same afternoon.
