Armstrong Grounded Ten Days CHURCHILL DOWNS, Louisville, Ky., May 16. — The stewards at Churchill Downs issued the following ruling here yesterday afternoon: "Jockey S. Armstrong is suspended 10 days beginning May 16, and including May 27 for rough riding in the fifth race."
