Ak-Sar-Ben Ruling AK-SAR-BEN, Omaha, Nebr., May 29. The stewards issued the following ruling today : "For touting on the grounds, groom, Samuel S. Rich, is hereby suspended for the balance of this meeting and denied access to and the -privileges of the grounds. His case is referred to the commission for further action."
