Blake Collins Resumes Riding DETROIT, Mich., May 29. Apprentice Blake Collins, who was the leading lightweight reinsman at the recently-concluded Pimlico meeting, resumed riding here today after serving a 10-day suspension. Young Collins is under contract to C. F. Wagner, whose public stable is quartered at the Detroit Race Course. Sam Purkhiser is handling Collins outside engagements here?
