West Riding at Detroit DETROIT, Mich., May 29. Jockey Jerry West, always one of the more popular jreinsmen to don silks in Michigan, arrived here late yesterday from his Louisville, Ky., home and handled J.C. MacKenzies Lady Rowena in the first race today.
