Preihs Says He Received No Ft. Miami Salary or Dividend COLUMBUS, Ohio, May 4. — In a lengthy letter to the State Racing Commission, Carl H. Preihs, Illinois state legislator, explains he recently sold his stock in the Fort Miami track at Toledo in the face of "unfair and unfavorable publicity." Preihs wrote: "During the period of my ownership, I drew no salary or compensation of any kind and I received no returns on my investment." The commission will meet here May 6 to act formally on the sale of Preihs stock in Fort Miami to E. T. Keller, who formerly was general manager of the northwestern Ohio course.
