Weitzel Appointed Trainer Of Mrs. Lottie Wolf Stable CHURCHILL DOWNS, Louisville, Ky„ May 4.— Trainer Buddy Weitzel departed for the Detroit Race Course to take over as conditioner for the Mrs. Lottie Wolf stable. Weitzel will have an even dozen thoroughbreds to look after for the Motor City-owned Wolf establishment and he turned over those horses he has quartered here to Reuben J. Fischer. Morton Wolf, who served as trainer for his mothers racing stable for the past three years, was forced to give up the thoroughbred sport due to private business in Detroit.
